• Rain or shine, all of the USA's three home Pacific Rim Rugby Championship matches (against Japan on June 7, Hong Kong on June 14, and Canada on June 28) and its test against touring Wales on July 12 are to be played at Balboa Park's Matthew J. Boxer Stadium, located in San Francisco off the Ocean / Geneva exit of Interstate 280. Game time for all matches is 1:00 pm, and curtain raisers start four hours beforehand.

  Tickets for all games are $12 each in advance, or $15 the day of the game. Kids aged six and under are free. Tickets are available at all BASS ticket outlets in the San Francisco area, or by calling 510/762.2277. BASS accepts all credit cards, but it's cash only on the day of the event.

• National Team organizers also announced a new VIP hospitality program, the Gold Cup Pass, which will be available at each of the San Francisco tests. Gold Cup pass holders will enjoy full VIP privileges at the exclusive USA Rugby hospitality compound featuring a barbeque luncheon, refreshments courtesy of Steinlager, reserved seats, and a special-edition commemorative USA Rugby t-shirt.

  Gold Cup VIP Passes are $100 each per match or $750 for a set of ten per match. All individuals and corporations purchasing a ten-pass package will also receive a half-page ad in the print program for the event.
